Prior to returning to residential real estate, Terrill was an investment media broker with Norman Fischer & Associates, Inc., where he brokered over $75,000,000 in radio stations from 1996-2000. He is an experienced negotiator and facilitator and teaches negotiation strategies to corporations. He has been involved in hundreds of intense business negotiations, from multi-million-dollar radio station groups to single family homes.
