    Prior to returning to residential real estate, Terrill was an investment media broker with Norman Fischer & Associates, Inc., where he brokered over $75,000,000 in radio stations from 1996-2000. He is an experienced negotiator and facilitator and teaches negotiation strategies to corporations. He has been involved in hundreds of intense business negotiations, from multi-million-dollar radio station groups to single family homes. Terrill also has been a real estate investor and has bought and sold rental property throughout the Austin area.Terrill and his wife Loretta have been residents of Tarrytown for over 10 years and are members of the West Austin Neighborhood Group.
